Summary

Safe Haven is a module within the Stack Wealth app designed to cater to high-income Indian investors with a low-risk appetite. The module offers stable and low-risk investment options like Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The goal was to create a user-friendly and premium interface that aligned with the existing Stack Wealth ecosystem while addressing specific user needs.

Role

• I led the design efforts for the Safe Haven module.
• Worked from the discovery phase through to handoff and provided post-handoff support.
• Collaborated with the COO, product manager, engineers, and a fellow designer to ensure Safe Haven was cohesive with existing modules.
• Refined the user flow based on early beta tester feedback and internal testing.
• Continuously improved the user-friendliness and visual design post beta launch to deliver a premium user experience.

Problem Statement

Indian investors with a low-risk appetite needed access to safe and reliable investment options within a streamlined and intuitive interface. The challenge was to design a user-friendly, premium module that offered investments in Bonds, FDs, and NCDs. The solution had to balance simplicity with a sense of trust and transparency, given the sensitive nature of financial products.
